Juliet A. Pappas, MSW, LCSW
“I work in a warm, intuitive, and gentle manner that allows clients to safely
discover and adopt better life patterns. As a licensed Psychotherapist, I have
experience in assisting and supporting individuals and couples experiencing
problems associated with Mood, Anxiety, Relationships, Life Changes and
Grief/Loss. I offer a holistic approach, initially assessing one's overall well
being, to tailor interventions that achieve one's desired goals. Creating a
therapeutic relationship that feels safe and trusting enough to take personal
and emotional risks is important. Healing is a process that is accelerated by
the kindness, respect and acceptance of another person.
I provide a thoughtful and reliable presence in which to gain a deeper
understanding with more lasting results. Seeking therapy is a hopeful and
courageous act. Together we can explore what you feel would be helpful to
you as you navigate through challenging times.
My empathetic and non-judgmental perspective has allowed me to work
effectively and efficiently with clients from all walks of life and types of
problems. I elicit the client to explore their strengths and weaknesses, and
foster an environment of personal growth and awareness so that successful
outcomes are achieved.”
